DO YOU SHIP?
Yes. We provide shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States via UPS Ground or Common Carrier depending on the product. We typically ship out UPS ground within 2-3 days of receiving the order if we have the item in stock. 

DOES JUST FOR THE BIRDS OFFER LAYAWAY PLANS?
Yes. Our terms are 50% down, with the balance paid over 90 to 120 days depending on the purchase amount.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Yes, you can order by phone. Our phone number is on the bottom of every page. Please keep in mind however, that we are a small retail store & sometimes it is difficult taking phone calls. We only take calls 10:00-5:00 Tuesday thru Saturday and 12:00-5:00 on Sundays. We are unable to take phone orders on Monday.

IS THE ITEM IN STOCK?
Please remember we are a small store & do not stock dozens of each item. In order to provide the large product selection, we will inadvertently be out of stock on items periodically. We will email you promptly to let you know if your item is out of stock & will do our very best to fufill the order in a prompt manner.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
We no longer offer online ordering, only ordering over the phone.  We will quote you shipping cost upon request.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All merchandise ordered online must be returned within 10 days of receipt. There is a 30% restocking fee on all orders returned to offset processing and handling.
